My Favorite (Easy) Resistance Band Workouts

I’m not going to lie; I’m definitely the kind of person who likes to go to the gym, put a little time in, then dip.

As such, I’m by no means a workout professional, and I’m far from a gym junkie. However, I do like to move my body and “feel the burn” (that’s what the cool kids are saying these days, yeah?) so when I found these easy resistance band workouts, I felt like I hit the jackpot.

Resistance bands make the perfect addition to any home gym, and they’re a heck of a lot easier to find than dumbbells and hand weights these days. #thankscovid

All this to say: I’ve done the heavy lifting for you. Metaphorically, of course. You have to do the workouts yourself. Sorry.

Here are my favorite (supes easy) resistance band workouts:

A 🌶 full Body Resistance Band Workout by @_erickataylor_

I give this one a 4/5.

It’s the perfect amount of strenuous, which is to say: strenuous, but not tooooo strenuous. I definitely get a good sweat in, but, not to the point that I’m ready to throw in the towel halfway through.

A Nice 🍑 Workout, With (or Without) a Resistance Band

You’re not going to be able to feel your face after this one. But, I promise it’s worth it.

A Killer Arm Resistance Band Workout

I actually found myself not entirely dreading MadFit’s workout routines, especially the resistance band exercises. At one point, I even started looking forward to them… I kid you not.

She also does a killer lower ab workout that will leave you feeling sore in all the right ways. I hate her–but, also I love her.

A HIIT Full Body Workout, For Fun 😉

I really feel like I’m getting so much bang for my buck in this case (even though it’s free…) with this abs + booty resistance band workout.

After trying (and failing) to get in the habit of working out, I finally realized that I could never truly sustain an exercise regimen if the actual exercise made me want to crawl out of my own skin. These easy resistance band exercises made working out feel a little less intense, a little more approachable, a lot better aligned with my energy levels.
